What we cannot help with
- Support for a product we measure. Ask the vendor directly.
- Paid placement, sponsored rows or embargoed previews of results.
- Removing a product from the index because the result is unflattering.
Adding a product
We add a product when it can be driven through the full published spec without human intervention beyond the nine prompts. Tell us the product, the plan we should test on and the sign up path, and it goes in the queue.
